If you have paypal you should be able to score a paypal debit card which functions as a credit card.

This is what i did too. Might not be the best way, but I still adds 2 regardless.

Yeah I also cocked it up... To be fair, I looked for the option to change the shipping, but didn't see anything. Then again, my shipping costs were already $4.50, so I dunno. I sent a message, hopefully it'll get sorted. Otherwise I might get it signed at a later date, or not at all. No big loss if it isn't signed.
