I have given up on Amazon ever shipping my calm & the storm pack, and am just going to buy them individually from the HevyDevy store, like I have done every other release for about the last decade.

The stupid calm & the storm pack only comes with a piece of cardboard that wraps the two together, which will probably end up getting lost anyway.

I wish I'd known about the CM deal before release, but somehow I completely missed any mention of it. Oh well.

The Hevydevy listing mentions the iTunes bonus tracks, which is interesting.

Woohoo! I finally got mine, shouldn't be too long for everyone else now.
I emailed them earlier this week and they said that mine shipped on the 17th, however the parcel says the 24th...so yeah, don't believe everything you read on the internet kids.

I ordered from Omerch because of the übercool brown DTP t-shirt, and I ordered from InsideOut because it included the "Calm And The Storm", which I assumed was the 7" vinyl. It turned out that it wasn't; the calm and the storm was merely both records and different t-shirt (but still ugly ) than pictured on the website... Which was a bummer, as I had looked forward to the vinyl, so I now have another set of albums that I don't really need.

Both orders was the individual slipcases with the wrap around, which is cool - But both orders arrived way too late; I was going to Turkey for 8 days a week after the release-date, so I had kinda hoped that it was time enough for the orders to arrive, but sadly no.
I think I'll wait for the HDR release next time around - They're usually fast with their shipments and the customer service is brilliant!

My double disk / 7" vinyl pack arrived today. The 7" looks wonderful, really really nice sleeve design.
