It seems like I'm just unable to vote for whatever reason. Pressing vote just opens a window that doesn't go anyehere.

No, that's exactly the page that doesn't load. I don't see it being limited by aread either, and I tried both chrome and FF. very strange.

I love Devin Townsend, especially more than Megadeth (not a fan at all really), but why cheat and ruin it for others.

...Because they all do that? At least they did in the first round. :P

But really... I don't see why 'who has the most fans' is a more accurate measure than 'who has the most devoted (read: nerdiest) fans'. Same difference.

They cheat, we cheat. This was true of Dir En Grey, and not just Dev. The same happened with Testament vs Swashbuckle (the latter undeservedly won by a ridiculous amount of votes, though I tried to help Testament).

Well, if this trend continues, based on the numbers of the other matches, we'll guide Devin to a title with incredible ease.

And DTP will get an article written about them and their discography if they win - something they can surely use. See it as us helping DTP/Devin Townsend in general gain some fans, hopefully.

But i would like to read something about Megadeth or Slayer! No magazine has ever done some kind of special issue about them, i think. They deserve some more publicity!!!1!!1

Too much chatting, not enough voting!
Megadeth gained something like 300 votes all of a sudden.
