This whole thing is ridiculous... they should've just released the individual CDs and then released a bundle (as in, a bundle, not several different bundles) which includes the same CDs and slipcase packaging inside a wrap-around or outer box, and make the aforementioned CDs and bundle available worldwide. Simple enough, right?

Now we have people who want the vinyl single but can't get it, people who are getting it but really didn't care if they get it or not, some people possibly getting slipcovers and others not (getting a container box instead)... I ended up getting a t-shirt that I really didn't want because I put my pre-order in so early they hadn't posted the bundle without the t-shirt yet... I don't think I'll ever pre-order anything else through CM unless it's some sort of deal where you get bonus tracks that are not going to be otherwise available anywhere else.

Meanwhile, I'm still holding out hope for Decon and Ghost on vinyl.

Yea I'm confused as fuck. I need the CM outer slipcase + vinyl but dont like their tshirt. HAve to get the 30$ bundle and Omerch about 4 tees and thedouble album. any word on a picture.

the more you try to please, the less you end up doing so.

people want the slipcases, but they want the goodies too. I suppose they couldn't really have pre-empted that though, because personally I like the idea of getting the cool little dual slipcase, it's kinda special and cool in it's own way. Like ppinkham said, I'll probably end up buying the individual albums with their respective slipcases down the track too.

I ordered the ultimate bundle from CM. I can't NOT have the 7". My instant reaction to seeing the lack of slipcases on the 2 discs was of disappointment. But then I thought, hey, the little dual slipcase is kinda neat on it's own. I'll just hafta buy the individuals with the slipcases sometime down the road. It's all good!

I think I'm going to get both CD's separately from CM. Can't really be bothered about the vinyl, and I need the GODDAMN SLIPCASES. Yay for obsessiveness.

The CM pre-orders can now be ordered to those outside the USA (but not Europeans). Just pre-ordered the Ultimate bundle.

In just to let people know that there are ways to bypass cmdistro limits for not shipping to Europe. I almost got to the final "complete order" phase this morning, but stupidly came back here to find the discount code and couldnt get to that point the second time, lol (I think you have to timeout the connection somehow, so the site wont recognise you for being in Europe). I`ve managed to order one item in the past from them this way that was also not allowed to be shipped to Europe.

Okay, second dibs then! I can live without it, but it seems like a nice little collectible. Pre-ordered the actual album and shirt from Omerch, but if I can get the vinyl on top, I'd be dead pleased.

Also, overture - surely as soon as someone notices the order though, they'd just cancel it? I'd imagine you getting it to work one time was probably a bit of a fluke. It's kind of bizarre though, I'm sure I ordered Addicted from them, with the hoodie and what not, and had no problems.
