Did it work? It just comes up as a box with an "X" in it.
It needs to end with something like .jpg or .gif in order to display. Tip, right click on the image, and select Properties. Highlight and copy the address supplied. The URL for the image you supplied reads http://c0016417.cdn2.cloudfiles.rackspacecloud.com/355969.jpg. Here's the pic:
Quickmeme is a bit of a dick like that (http://static.quickmeme.com/media/social/qm.gif never works, I've gone through the same thing plenty of times). Rather than recaption an image (as in, you're on an individual image's page and you select the recaption option - I find that's what causes it), go into the main gallery: http://www.quickmeme.com/This-episode-of-Devbusters/ Select add your own caption, and the resulting captioned image should work fine.
