Mmh ... and why not Devlab's making-of as bonus on a dvd ? That's a cd I really love and it will be pleasant to know more about this.

According to this site (sorry it's in Dutch) where I found the release date, the DVD will feature a Concert filmed in studio.

just spotted it on Amazon.com, stating a release date of febuary 2nd, 2006 and featuring an in-studio "best of" concert, at least 70 minutes recorded in 2004.

Synchestra was a very enjoyable experience for Devin. He worked on this project stress-free and he did practically everything from song writing to mastering and engineering. There are 13 songs on this record, with five or six big songs. Synchestra is a very refreshing change from the rest of the DT catalogue, the style will remind you some previous works like IITerriall or ..Ocean Machinell. Steve Vai will playa guitar solo on the song Triumph and Itls an honour for Devin to have Steve involved on a project like Synchestra. Devin and his band also did a studio concert in 2004. This win be part of the special edition version. The DVD includes at least 70 minutes of a best of set of Devin's work. New album by this legendary Canadian musician. Follow up to the successful album 'Accelerated Evolution'. Special Edition features a bonus DVD with a whole concert, filmed in the studio. SPV. 2005.

Hmmm....InsideOut's album description includes;

„Synchestra“ is released as regular edition in jewel case as well as special edition in digipak, with extended 16 page booklet and bonus DVD. On this DVD you will find a 57 minute long live in the studio gig of the Devin Townsend Band.

Not sure where amazon got the 70+ info from, but looks like someone's in error.

Maybe Amazon meant the total run time is 70+ minutes, but they're too illiterate to get that across clearly.
