I've had a good think about this and to be honest I think you could go about it in two ways ... maybe to make things interesting for you and the band switch the setlist up a bit over the tour for each show? I've been to simultaneous shows where the band (opeth for example) will switch the setlist up to give each city a more personalised taste of your bal... music?
Your Australian set-list was awesome, I enjoyed it and thought it was brilliant, but I do admit I wish I'd heard a couple more songs!! On that note, I think your pacing of the show was perfect, so I've taken that into account on my list here. (It (the post, not the setlist) is long guys, so if you don't like reading don't go any further
)

My motivation behind this setlist is pretty simple ... Depth Charge is possibly the greatest opening song I've ever heard to an album. From Supercrush! to Hide Nowhere you've got a solid 15 minutes more of pure energy (especially Hide Nowhere, whenever I hear this song I just imagine the entire audience jumping up and down to its perfect cadence).
At this point I reckon the invasion of Ziltoid would work well (about the same time you brought it in at the Aus. shows), playing By Your Command followed by Hyperdrive.. I substitute Hyperdrive for Ziltoidia Attaxx! because I think Hyperdrive is another one of those get the crowd moving like you could never imagine! You've got so much music that people can't help but move to (god knows it's bad for me when I'm in a lecture at uni and start tapping that awesome By your command rhythm on the chair haha).
Truth, Pixillate and Earthday coming next I think would slow things down enough (verrrryyy gradually) to bring in your Ki stuff (which, I think should be in a block, before a sort of intermission). Let's face it, man .. Ki is the most touching music I've heard from you, so having something like Coast, Lady Helen into Ki would basically make me wet myself. I think an intermission after Ki would be good (like the 5 minute one you did the other night)... it allowed me to go get another malibu and coke without missing out on the muzak! At this point you would probably have been going for 90 minutes. I'm gonna squeeze as much out of you as possible
So after the intermission'ish kind of thing, I thought it'd be good to start off again, with Addicted! (which, I think is awesome, but not as good an opener as Depth Charge), into those following. Deadhead's my favorite song in the world so basically you gotta find somewhere to put that (or else!).
You spoke a lot about chilling out, being happy, enjoying the show, not taking ourselves so seriously ... so why not go for life followed by sunshine and happiness for all?
haha... I'd be so happy, and then to hear your strongest exit songs (in my opinion the Grey's and/or Awake!!) I don't know how anyone could leave the concert not feeling content.
Other songs that would be good to whip out for an encore maybe would be Vampira? I'm not sure, Vampira or maybe even Bend it like Bender! because they're a good "seeya later, thanks for coming guys" kinda song ... at least that's what Bend it sounded like to me in Sydney.
I know I've said a lot here
But I, like everyone else here, wants nothing more than for you to succeed copiously, and to play the best show you possibly can!
I love you dev (I'm still not sure if it's not in a gay way yet hahahaha >.> j/k don't get too excited guys)
no really, life would suck without you.
