Sigh, well at least it ended up on a torrent site, so i can listen to it.

I would still love to purchase it. I guess ill have to hound ebay until more are made?

I see O Merch will be selling it, but only on the european side. The American OMerch website doesnt even list DTP.

I want this album really bad. The first Dev album I listened to was Ocean Machine. Borrowed it from my brother-in-law. The first run through of it I was multi-tasking and don't even remember listening to the half of it, but then when I realized that and tuned in, it was on Funeral. I reset the song and from that moment onward I had to listen to everything over and over again. I'm so excited to hear Funeral acoustic, especially from the comments of others on here. Gosh, I love his music. Seriously. I feel like a little fanboy over here, but with what's on the airwaves most of these days, Dev is a cut above the rest. :D

Woulda been cool to have had some more stuff like Funeral...songs that weren't largely acoustic anyway...but it's still a very cool little cd.

Yay! I just received my copy of the unplugged album from hevydevy records. I even came signed, after I forgot to add the $2, and sent a separate payment. Thanks to Dev and Tracy! You're the best!

You'll have to tell me how Funeral sounds. I don't even know you and I trust your opinion. :)

Hahah!

Well, I'm loving it! It's *very* different from the original version. He plays it at a much slower tempo, and I believe he's singing in a slightly lower key. He also manages to squeeze even more emotion out of his voice! Gone is the electronic wall of sound, and in it's place we just have gently, haunting melodies. This one will really make the hairs stand up on the back of your neck!

On another topic. Are their any last.fm people on here? What are you tagging this? I have tagged it like it says on the CD: Devin Townsend - Unplugged - Track Title. Some people are calling it DTP though, and some are adding (acoustic) after ever track.

Just wanted to give a little thank you to Devin for making this available to the many that he did, outside of the acoustic gigs across the pond. Thanks to Tracy for doing so much of the work for the HDRecords Ebay store (and all the awesome little "Thanks Kris! :)" notes I've collected).

Also, Dev... if you could just PM me your bank account information, I'll just go ahead and have my paychecks directly deposited into your account. Alright? Thanks. :D

Well, I learned my lesson early in life (two older sisters) that you don't mess with the wife of the house. So I won't sway you in shaving or not shaving. But it does get my props.
