i realize it's twitter but those are hardly any type of real review so fuck em. I'm actually pretty cool with him opening. yeah the set is short but i don't have too wait through a ton of crappy bands and i can get to sleep at a reasonable hour. I saw BTAMB once open for.... dragonforce i think and they were horrible. It also makes me super sad to see a band or artist with a portfolio like Dev's and open with tiny sets for new bands that the kids are into. I know Dev said he's got stuff to prove but i saw Armored Saint headline at Fitzgeralds which is tiny.

Oh, thank you for posting the video from the show tonight! After a 16 hr day (that was supposed to be 8!), I really needed that!

What else did he play? It's like being a kid on Christmas Eve and wanting to know what presents are in store. I don't want to have to wait until next weekend to find out.

Just posted this in the thread of the Supercrush performance, but I'll repeat it here.

From a youtube comment from a guy that was apparently there and nabbed a copy of the setlist (username MikeC26GH):

1. Disruptr
2. Supercrush
3. Kingdom
4. Addicted
5. Truth
6. Some type of Regulator jam
7. By Your Command
8. Ziltoid Attaxx!

Oh snaps, Ziltoidia Attaxx!!!! I was hoping they would go into that after By Your Command......I mean really, they go together so well.

Eitherway, the funniest twitter is when someone said "The lead singer of the devin townsend project looks like voldemort."

Now, DT i guess looks like him...but come on. "the lead singer of the devin townsend project" part tells you alot....

Nope, it's pretty much hard-coded with the backing tracks and stuff. Same set every night for now, once they come to Australia they'll be more flexible.
