They are so different it's hardly a fair comparison. I prefer Ocean Machine as its a bit less arty/ experimental and more straight rock. Terria comes in 3rd after Ocean Machine and City.

its perfectly fine... its just weird for me that a Devin fan dislike his fan-favorite albums

Ocean Machine, less arty? Death of Music, SIster, 3AM, ending of Voices in the Fan etc. aren't arty?
Although I wouldn't say Terria is my favourite Dev album, I would say it's his 'masterpiece'.
