I ordered mine off of CMdistro, and they are black. I don't mind at all, since the sound is still great. I just saw pictures of the green and blue vinyl and thought those were so cool.

Only the ones released in Europe are color; you will need to order the ones that specifically state they are color (or clear, if that's what you want) to be sure. There's another lengthy thread about the Terria and Ocean Machine vinyls that has details on where to get them and how much they cost, I don't remember the sites offhand.
