I just got the VIP tickets for Dev's London, ON show, and I have a question about one of the items I get

Each VIP Package includes:
- A General Admission Ticket
- Pre-Show Acoustic Performance & Meet and Greet
- Early Entry Into The Venue
- A VIP Fan Exclusive T-Shirt
- A VIP Exclusive Commemorative Laminate

Is the Commemorative Laminate generic, or does it have a name on it?? I ask because the tickets were a gift from a friend who's coming with me, and the order is placed in his name, and it would be kinda lame if it said his name, lol.

For the tickets I ordered (pre-sale VIP), they are will call.

not really an answer on if anyone received the package in that thread.

I e-mailed customer service at artist arena and this was their response:

"Once we received all of the pieces of merchandise for this package, we will send it out to you via UPS."

I just hope they get these Laminates out in time
