I've been watching a lot of movies of late and one of them a while back was Videodrome. One line that pops up a few times is "Death to Videodrome. Long live the new flesh!"

I was wondering if the songtitle AHtNF is a reference to the movie, and if Dev is a Cronenberg fan at all?

Wiseblood (an offshoot of Foetus), 1987.

Wiseblood and everything else associated with JG Thirlwell that isn't Feotus, I've yet to hear. So hard to find on the internets...
