But I do not know how.

I have searched the net, but haven't found any guides or great tips for how to do those vocals. Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

Search 'head voice'.
It basically means that when you sing, try and make your head resonate, as opposed to your chest or your (god forbid) throat. It helps when you get into the higher register.

Is Halford doing falsetto? I always thought his voice sounded way too loud for that, and sounded like it was coming from his diaphragm. I reserved the falsetto definition for King Diamond, though I may be wrong. I can do it (the metal scream)...sort of, but it comes from my diaphragm, and is loud as hell.

^^Yes, Halford uses Headvoice. It's not harder than falsetto and it also goes higher.
However, Falsetto can also be really loud, think about female opera singers (and it also utilizes the diaphragm).
To the initial post:
Singing like Halford is extremely difficult. Do you have the basic singing down?
I think anyone (well, any tenor) can sing the notes that Halford sings. The problem is to make them sound like a powerful scream.
I e.g was looking for tutorials on the web, but if you search for e.g. "Metal screaming lesson" on youtube you'll always get some kid talking and talking for ages and then showing you some metal core fry scream, which is just not the same.
Did anyone ever encountered a good screaming tutorial?

I know! Some guy just says something like "you have to breathe and hold it in at the same time, it's kinda hard to explain, lol"
I'm fairly confident in my voice, so I guess I just need a good tutorial too.

Melissa Cross - The Zen of Screaming.
She explains a lot of it really, really well, as far as technique goes. She can't make you hit notes that your body wasn't meant to hit, sometimes we have to accept that we do have a limit and that might be a long way under our heroes, but her techniques and advice will definitely get you as close as you can go. And remember: practice practice practice!
