Posted: Sun Dec 07, 2008 2:53 pmSo everytime I play for an audience, my nose starts to run like crazy. Pretty gross, I know, but more than
that, it's very, very, distracting. Having to sniffle every few seconds makes it really hard to concentrate.
Having to sniffle every few seconds makes it really hard to concentrate.
I've tried cold medicine, allergy medicine, just about everything I can think of. It wouldn't be so bad if I played in
a band at loud volumes, but I usually play for family at weddings, funerals, ect. You know, quiet audiences with an
acoustic guitar.
Anyone else experience werid physical affects of stage fright? Beyond the usual butterflies in the stomach, I mean?
I'd sure like to be able to play and actually enjoy it for a change If anyone has any tips for me, I'd sure appreciate
If anyone has any tips for me, I'd sure appreciate
hearing any suggestions. I'm playing at a neighborhood christmas party next week, and I'm considering buying some
nose plugs.

Thanks, everyone
