Was just wondering if anyones ever figured out how to play that song

Certainly a favourite of mine would be cool if someone has figured it out :D

the original i think is 2 bass guitars and it sounds a bit simpler to work out. id check that out first and then try doing the SYL version

Actually, I believe the original was recorded after the band (Cop Shoot Cop) got a guitarist. It's surprisingly similar, apart from some lyrical changes.
Someone on the SYL board posted an acoustic version and I got the tabs from him... I dunno if I still have it though.

The original is very very cool., cop shoot cop were and awesome band "10$ bill" is a classic. The original is easier i'll have a poke around.

Those are all the basic chord structures. If it sounds like I'm doing anything inside the chords, it's almost always just sliding the d string up and down within the scale and within the chord. The little movements on the d were all improvised once i got on stage. Once you get a feeling for the chords, you can improvise whatever you like and it sounds nice.
