Hey guys,
Recently I had gotten to thinking about what Devin had said about the song Ocean Machines off of Ass-Sordid Demos, about how he felt it was "unnecessarily too long" or something to that effect, and it got me wondering: what could make for a good edit of my favorite Devin song?
So, using my noob-level ability when it comes to sound editing, I decided to tackle Ocean Machines and see if I could come up with an edit that shortened the song, but still retained the epicness of it. After I finished butchering it (haha), I took it from being 8:24 in length down to 6:35, which is still fairly lengthy, but within a manageable range. Ah hell, I need to quit rambling, so here it is. let me know what you think (please be kind, this was my first attempt at anything of this nature haha).

P.S. My apologies for the volume on the track. I was tinkering with the EQs trying to bring Dev's vocals up in the mix better. I pushed it as far as I could without having the track clip. Again, my apologies there.
