Very pleased I am to not only have one Gibson now but two! I bought a 1968 LG-0 acoustic off a dude that used to work at Cash Converters, he sold it to me for four hundred and fifty bucks! That was cool.... It's a wierd looking thing that Nick Drake and Niel Young used to use I think.
But better yet, I have laybyed a 1954 ES-150 non cutaway archtop jazz guitar.... It is fucking beautiful! Words can't describe just how good this thing sounds....

My favorite is a Gibson Explorer made in 1978. I replaced the pickups with a SH6 for bridge and a SH1 for neck, i use it for lower open-tunings so i pushed the bridge further for compensation of the scale, and it sounds marvellous.
I also have a sunburst Explorer reissue 76 made in 2000, a 1995 Washburn N4 made of paduk, a Washburn N2 paduk stain, a 1993 Les Paul Studio Wine Red, a Telecaster, a white Burns Hank Marvin, a 1972 acoustic Yamaha, a Yamaha APX5-A, a Cort Artisan Fretless Bass and a Jazz Bass.
All necks are unfinished.
I used to use Ernie Ball for electric strings and D'Addario for acoustic ones, but now Fender/Jackson is supplying guitar strings and picks.
I also use picks from 1.3 to 2.0.
My main gear is an ADA MP1 preamp that can do everything, a G-Major as an effect unit, and a self made power amp with Recto cabs.
I also have equipment for recording and production, but i'm tired and have a headache...
