Still refusing, easily, to listen to the Ki 'teaser'...

I can be reeaally OCD-ish sometimes, and music is a big factor of it

If i care about a band/artist and their upcoming release... i will not listen to a single thing before i have the CD, otherwise i might hear a cool bit and it'll "Ruin it" for me when it comes on the CD... even though it wont really

I like to save every last "Oh wow thats cool" for the first listen(s)

I also make sure i sit EXACTLY in the center of my speakers for perfect stereo-ness
(i get out this T-square ive got for my graphics work, and hold it and extend my arms as full as i can, and make sure that it JUST scrapes both speaker felt cover thingies the tiniest, and equal, amount - which means im in the exact center)

And if its an album i REALLY care about... i even do a countdown from 3 before i click 'play'... like a "This is it.. THE BIG MOMENT!" kind of thing

and i have to have the lyric booklet in my hands following along... its like a ritual i do for every album i buy

I even get really (quietly) annoyed when my friends reveal the tiniest little thing about an album/song ive not heard yet... even though i usually forget it by the time ive got the album

I haven't been in any of the album discussion boards on here of those that i haven't got yet... dont wanna risk finding out anything

I know thats all probably common, but im like it for loooaads of other stuff

You're fucking crazy to me. Give me new music and give it to me NOW. It's a fucking drug and I'm damn well hooked. No lie, if Dev's album leaks I will download it...hell I might download all of them and wait for the box set so I'm not over run by CD's.

Either way, The Devman will be getting my full support on these upcoming albums!

Kidding. Everyone handles their music differently, but I like the savouring too. Waiting and hearing a CD for the first time is really special too. I like the having the physical thing in my hands. It's fun!
