And no, its not me being new here wanting 'a piece of the action'... i was just wikipedia-ing the other night and came across a few interesting things, n wanted to tell someone, y'know?

I just thought it might be a little thing to do/read when you're bored.. i think it'd be cool.

Also, other cool ideas i've seen before in other forums:

Song Chain Thingy... One person starts and posts the title and band/artist of a song, and the next person has to post another song that has one word the same as the above one... but not words like 'The' or 'is' etc.

Album Cover game thingy... one person posts a little square of part of an album cover and the first person to realise what it is gets the next go. The only bad thing is, whoevers go it is has to find a cover, crop it, and upload to a host (photobucket or whatever)..

Album vs. game thingy... one person chooses two albums, for example: "Dream Theater - Systematic Chaos vs. Kreator - Enemy of God" then, the next person chooses the one they like best, and then chooses two albums themselves

Reverse story game thingy... One person starts and writes a single line of a made up story.. then the next person writes another line but one that would go BEFORE the one above. For example:
Person 1: "...and it really made no sense to me.."
Person 2: "...and then the machine stopped saying those words..."
Person 2: "...but first it said 'take the eagle eye, and emerse it in chocolate.."
And now we have:
But first it said "take the eagle eye, and emerse it in chocolate"
And then the machine stopped saying those words
And it really made no sense to me

It can get confusing but its pretty funny at times

I love the game... (Texas Hold'em)

Haven't played it for long... maybe half a year + ... but im gettin the hang of it pretty quick... winning quite often, its all good

I've had a couple of poker nights with my mates, for £5. First one was with 11 people and i came 4th (the people that came 1st and 3rd are really good, playing it for ages n stuff)... and the most recent one with 6 people, i won ... and i made a profit of £10 for playing a game, pretty cool stuff

Just for the hell of it, one day in the future, i can see myself entering a $260 one or something, in a beautiful casino in America, just for the experience... if i lost i actually wouldn't mind that much, cus i'd have had a great time...

The World Series of Poker's main event is $40,000 buy in, s'crazy... and no, i wouldn't ever enter that (unless i became a millionaire from playing poker... like a lot of the guys who enter it)

I'm a Texas Hold 'Em fanatic. I usually do pretty well. Not great... but fair enough. All I know is, much money has gone from and been put back into my hands from playing, which is really the only way to play: something has to be at risk for the full game experience. Keeker knows what I am talking about.

Can't sleep and my flight leaves in 12 hours. Meh. Seeing Opeth on saturday and sunday, will report back on monday!
