i'm not sure but i think SYL is well known than his own band,
and sure that i miss those days when mp3.com was popular and i could discover lots of music from internet, and that's where i found Devin's music, i downloaded all track and i really liked, much more than SYL,
i think his own band is much more creative and has got huge sounding, guitar tones better, personally i don't like EMG pick ups, i think they sounds very crispy and thin, seems like EMG is much acceptable to distortion sounds (Effects i mean) but when it comes to amp distortion (the best i think) EMG only sounds very thin,

but like most of heavy production is music scene now days, bass is hiding under distrotion actually distortion sounds eat bass sound, very unclear...

somehow i also got sort of hope boosting from devin in past days, when i was studying music, fact that he got VAI's attention and got fame with talent at young age, I'm still mocking around with my originality and all sorts of thought that ruins me iun someway. so bad that i quit playing music, (i gave all of audio software to my ex-band's singer and hoping she could work on her own stuff like demos, and instruments went to 2nd hand shop)

however i started to think luck is very important part of our life, especially when it comes to fame, but you know that i'm not only saying Devin got famous, sure that he's with talent and unique exsistance.

about 10 years of music study and performances (few time) i still regret in someway, but it's alright, i'm just unemployed right now but i don't want anything else, life is fine with just listening to music, discovering computer hardware's ability, and enjoying cigarette. i said that i don't want anything else but clubbing was fun, yeah i miss clubbing i guess.

yeah, what's matter with Devin's own work and clubbing since most of club doesn't play Devin's music, but sure if i go to club, I WILL enjoy Devin's music and glass of scotch!!

I had an enlightening experience this morning;
First I woke up at about 6 because my eyes felt like they were trying to get out of my head, I have never experienced such a headache before. Then I threw up, and started wondering when the firetruck I had been eating mushrooms. They looked so goddamn disgusting that I felt the need to throw up again. Then again, I could not close my eyes to avoid looking at them, because I might miss the bucket then. So I threw up one more time. Repeat.

I had one of the scariest dreams ever last night. I saw a big dark mushroomcloud in the distance, realizing it was an atomic bomb and that there was nowhere to run. One second later I was hit by the shockwave.. The fear of death was horrible
