Let's see, the dollar is weak against, well, everything. (I heard the peso punched the dollar in the nuts and then laughed in its face. That isn't good.) Americans are almost paying half of what Europeans are for gas, so you know THAT'S pissing us off. (Not me, of course. I know better.) Last sign? The current administration is giving every American a $600-$1200 refund later this year. The last time they did that, we were sliding into a recession...so, I would say, "Maybe"?
