1/4 bottle brandy

Tonight is my last night of work in the worst hospital I have ever worked at in my life. I am so happy I'm going to puke. This particular bit of hell is almost past. I feel so free.

For some reason that puts me in mind of the last day I worked for a GP practice in my local town years ago. Awful job and leaving it felt great! Well done.. hope the next one is infinitely better.

This has to go in this thread, although it's not making me feel so awesome inside right now, lol

I got an interview confirmation today, where if I were to get the 'job', I'd be working for 'Peak Studios' for 12 months (non-paid) as my placement year of uni. It's a really good sounding placement; the studio records a variety of music, but metal/rock seems to be among the most frequent, and they also have things to do with website design which I've always been really into too.

I just keep thinking about it every other minute and having big bursts of nerves. It's definitely gonna mess with my sleep over the next month and half or so.

Obviously it's a great opportunity and it feels great to be among the few who have been picked, but dang it's scary
