Do you mean 'thus'?

But seriously, dude, save up for your European trip. Visit Tallin, visit Warsaw, pop over to England and visit Lettuce and Amber, swing by here and eat your own bodyweight in meat, stroll down the boulevards in Paris, visit Italy and discover food. You're American, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I do mean thus. I like appearing twatty sometimes ;)

Europe will happen, eventually, but right now I need to start my career, knock out a couple of creative projects, and stop living on a damn couch :P

As far as food elsewhere, don't get me wrong Billy, it's a different animal when you do what you do with food. America has food so catastrophically wrong, it hurts.

Lots of fantastic food in America. Thomas Keller, Alice Waters, Mario Batali. I would love to go on an eating tour of the US - the French Laundry, Jean Georges, Masa, Per Se, Babbo, Charlie Trotter's, the Gramercy Tavern... mmm, mouth watering at the thought now.

Only if I can also eat my bodyweight in meat.

With all the travelling I've done, I do think London's probably my favourite place to eat though (the rest of the UK can't really do no wrong either). Whatever you fancy, there's usually somewhere pretty decent that's easy to find.

I've got two words for you: Yorkshire pudding.
So simple, but so effective.

You're under the impression that I've never made and eaten to myself a Yorkshire pudding the size of my oven?

I would never assume such a thing!
But folks, if you've not done that, you haven't lived.

Basically...put your roast dinner in it. Pretend it's a plate. Eat your plate.

We had a roast earlier, but we had no puds :C BUT WE HAD BLACK SPUDS! Their proper name is "Purple Majestic" which to me sounds like something Ann Summers would be selling...

I seem to be forming a pretty good friendship with one of my fave UK FX artists...which is nifty because I want to work for the bastid!
