I've been quite dumb a few days ago.

I have some medicine, and the other day I confused 3/day with 3/lunch, so I took 3 pills instead of 1 at the dinner.

On the medicine booklet it's written as negative effect that it may speed up the heart a bit.

You bet, with 3 instead of one, I must've been at 120bpm all night long, then next day I was totally drained, empty, couldn't even stand up more than the time it takes to go from the sofa to the toilet...

lol, german must sound really stupid, if you're not used to it. the good thing is, that the german dubbing of movies with an english soundtrack is of very high quality compared to that of most other countries that dub movies. but there's often a lot of jokes in the original movies that can't really be translated into german because they're based on a play of words or some shit like that.

so I always try to get the original english version of a movie that I like...it's also a good training because when english isn't your native language it can be sometimes hard to understand what people say if they're talking fast and mumbling and especially when they're doing that with a local accent

that´s because we don´t have a sense of humor. This is a genetic thing. Instead all Germans have a moustache, even the ladies. But once, every 2000 years, there´s one German that was born with a sense of humor.
