I got a 15mm-30mm lens today :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Oh, and my boss has been saying nice stuff about my portfolio to the freelancers, which might be a hint that he wants to keep me! :o I also found out today he's a camera nerd too with the model below mine, and has been dying to try out some lenses that I actually have...so I might do a bit of arse licking and let him borrow them :P

My face could be in 248 stores, and about half a million catalogues, and in a ton of magazines... 8)

Anyhoo. I got my Beyerdynamics. Insane sound. I am hearing things I've never heard before. For example in Polyphony, there are low volume bass bombs everywhar!

Side note: I don't think I can listen to The Hummer with these, I get seasick

Is it really that much better with good cans ?

I was about to get some a few months ago but again the emptiness of my existence eventually kicked in to make me realise it might just be a lame attempt at feeling the void by spending some money on some material thing I didn't really need (breathe in), and I didn't got one.
On top of that I have tinnitus so repetitive headphone listening may not be a good idea. So I'm also thinking a 2.0 monitoring speakers could be a good idea (I want high fidelity, not a big ass sub that sinks the mids and takes a lot of space under my desk); but there are so many models, and so many reviews, and so many different and conflicting opinions (it seems easier to make peace between Israel and Palestine than to get a consensus between sound enthusiasts), and I gave up once again.
