How does one direct a voice actor?

Similarly to how one would direct a standard actor, but there's subtle things about tweaking emotion and emphasis in the voice, that may get overlooked when on film, simply because you have to contend with thinking about the visuals. In a way, I suppose it's just like watching someone direct in a standard situation, but seeing how it would be contextualized in a sound booth. Also, this guy's directed Paul Newman for a few radio spots, so that's just cool to begin with.

I repaired our range cooker today which blew up rather spectacularly a couple of weeks ago. We have been two weeks without ovens or grill. The microwave caught fire yesterday so I finally had to do something about it or live on salad.
I managed to find the fault, repair it, rebuild the oven all without injuring myself or setting fire to the place and it all works again now. Cue much roasting of meat and baking of gooseberry crumble. Awesome.
