It's one of my friends, she usually looks like this (bar the teeth)
I cast her head, teeth and hands, and sculpted all of what you see. Then I moulded the lot and cast it in prosthetic grade gelatine. The hair was all punched by hand with crown needles as opposed to a wig. It took several hours to glue and paint it all but it was totally worth it.
