the fuck? over here, kabobs (i think a kebab is the same thing) are just little cubes of meat on a skewer. it'll usually be something like ONION-MEAT-PEPPER-MEAT-PEPPER-MEAT-PEPPER-MEAT-ONION on the skewer.
