Five.Bolt.Main is Chris Volz's new band, he was the singer of Flaw. I think Flaw is one of many highly underrated bands that had that nu-metal sound that just got signed too late in the game, when nu-metal was dying out (i.e. being replaced by metalcoremo). They were truly a kick ass band and Five.Bolt.Main picks up where they left off, Chris Volz can surely write some great melody lines!!

It's a liquid sweetener derived from corn. As a big corn producing nation, it's cheaper for US companies to use it to sweeten drinks than it is for them to use sugar. By volume, it's sweeter than sugar, so they can use less of it than they would sugar to acheive the same level of sweetness in the drink. Almost all of our soft drinks use it.. Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, etc... many juice blends too (like cranberry, cran grape, etc).

I'm the reverse. I grew up on Pepsi. At some point I started drinking Coke exclusively. Pepsi seems to sweet to me now, though I'll still drink it if Coke isn't available (Damn you, Taco Bell!)

Then I started noticing that the half gallon or so of it I was drinking a day was making it neccessary to loosen my belt a notch (or two), so I switched to Diet Coke. At first I hated it, but now I'm so used to it that regular Coke seems heavy in my stomach. I've tried the C2, Coke Zero, Diet Coke with Splenda, and Diet Coke with Lime. I switch off between them except for the C2. Yay for being such fat fucking country so that we have plenty of diet soda choices!

And no, I had no idea that grape soda causes green poo. But this stuff does too, AND is supposed to make your poo not smell! WTF

Fuck that! Hahaha. And yeah, in Korea grape soda was on sale one week, so my roommate and I stocked up, so did our friend Leslie. One day I'm like, "Dude, my shit is like flourescent green...it's freaking me out!" and my roommate was like "HOLY FUCK! Mine is too!" It was just weird. We thought the military was just performing experiments on us. Then our friend Leslie comes down and was like, "I have a problem, my shit has been bright green for the past week!" Hahaha!

So, we did some research and it all led back to the dye used in the grape soda, which we'd been drinking like crazy! Hahaha. Give it a try.

I have just researched the phenomenon. Itappears that it is linked back to the blue dye used. Amazing. If only I liked grape soda more.
