Saw my sister's burlesque show with my girlfriend and a few others last night (including one of my other sisters).

It was entertaining, all the girls put on a great performance. Needless to say, I was probably the only one looking to the side when my sister was waving her boobie-tassles.

Thanks for the tip!

Sunday mornings at work suck, and are also pretty neat. More pay, and in the morning nothing is happening here. Plus, I'm pretty much all alone in the office until noon.

Billy Elliot came to mind just now. I remember being a little a 8 year old and going "I WANT TO SEE THAT". In my head, of course. MY parents weren't as liberal then as they are now.

Besides, I think my dad back then would have shit a brick if he knew how I would end up. XD

I think I have to face the cold hard fact that I will never be able to get into Meshuggah. I have tried so many times. Destroy, Erase, Improve, Obzen, just finished listening to Koloss... it just never clicks for me. I can recognize their talent, I can see why others like them... but it just refuses to be something I'd listen to.

What's wrong with me?

That said, new Torche and Sylosis... me likey.

I like parts of meshuggah but I've never listened to a full album straight trough. I like 4/4 and simple melodies. Want a hug? :(

Today has been another unfriendly reminder that you can never be left alone in modern reality.
