Here, in Southern California it's 81 degrees Farenheit. I don't know what that is in Celsius because apparently Americans can't be fucked to use the same system that the rest of the world uses. So, I haven't learned.

Of course, it gets cold at night. Sometimes down to 40!

It's no problem that it's cold at night. That's when I'm either asleep or drunk, I won't notice it's cold.

81 Fahrenheit is 27 Centigrade, I like that!
40 Fahrenheit is 4 Centigrade, which is warmer than it is overhere, daytime.

Religions are not a bad thing. Although I am not religious myself, I do believe being a religious person is a good thing.
Different religions clashing in a physical manner is the problem.

I think you misunderstood me. What I meant was that if such thing as religion would have not existed, there would have probably been less wars and technology would be much better.

religions are sadly needed for there will always be feeble minds who cannot comprehend what environs them, therefore they will seek haven in false spirituality or as is usually called, religion

I completely understood what you meant. But I'm sure religion itself is not a bad thing. Essentially, it tells people what is right or wrong, and scares people away from doing evil by threatening with "eternal damnation in hell". Every religion has something along the lines of the 10 commandments, and promise very bad things to those disobeying. Religion is good!

The bad aspects that you mean, come from the fact that (some) followers of one religion can't stand followers of the others and feel the need to get rid of those others. Christians did it ages ago in the cruisades, these days muslims are doing the same thing. It's these extremists that ruin it for all the others.
