You're right, that does sound terrible. I didnt really read it after I wrote it. I should try to do that more often.

You just reminded me to search for The Cloud Appreciation Society. They were on breakfast TV a couple of weeks ago advertising a new book, I think.

The hospital next to my house has a Subway in it now, which is useful to know if I ever fancy a Subway. Although going into a hospital purely for a sandwich is a bit weird...

...It just occurred to me that whenever I visit friends or friends are visiting me... WE COOK!
Other than that... we talk about food obsessively. For example, I'd say something about garlic, and everybody goes "OOOOH, GARLIC!"
Cooking was pretty much all I did when visiting my aunt and uncle a weekend in January as well: made pizza, chocolate cake, awesomedish, ice cream. At the end of my stay they cooked dinner for me (while I was playing with my new laptop). What a luxury that was.
Been cooking for myself every day for the past few years.
