That's all I heard on the radio today. Was at work too, so kinda had no choice.

This is something for mankind's self-reflection: the unbearable truth of criminal law is not that it defends the criminal and not the victim but that we live in a world where even criminals need protection from common people's (myself included) idea of justice.

In this case: I didn't want to know! Knowing it brings out the bad in me and consequently makes their bad less bad, which is wrong. Remember people: lashing out means getting even, but this shit should never get even! It can't be undone, so I shouldn't make it bearable by indulging in some bullshit righteous commentary. Although I wish those two instant death, I know that this anger is my anger, this hate is my hate. Evil is (also) in the eye of the beholder, if you want it. Mankind learned that so it has its soulless cold institution named The Law, where different rules apply. Then again, sometimes justice can be done only by breaking the law, but the one who does that must accept the consequences.

Loophole: words where there should be none. Bah!

Yeah I love "it was a joke" response. Like it makes it cool, y'know: "No I'm not mean, I just wanted to have a laugh on your account. Have one too, it's on you anyway." *bang*
