Talk about whatever you want to here, but stay correct

Yeah, this beat is sorta popular now. They lifted it from snare thingie used by marching bands then converted to double kicks (from what I've read in some youtubey comments - they're useful sometimes).

I other news: Pork's "Time Flies" sounds like Pink Floyd's "Dogs":

And, isn't it funny that I ***LOVE*** the Gojira, Textures and Meshuggah songs shown in the previous page?

I think I have a bit of a buried resentment from past experiences...people used to pigeonhole me into the "shredder" category...and I always wanted to be known for being a great composer too. Fast and precise comes easy...good songwriting? much harder.

Video I took from the show last night. Shit's going viral. Only up for 8 hours and over 350 views.

That's great, Entropy.

I saw a guy busking playing a Hang drum a few weeks back in Bath. He was jaw-droppingly good. We stopped and listened fro a good five minutes or more. My kids were captivated by it.

Enjoyed it so much I almost gave him some money.

I like the fact that it is so difficult to get hold of one. Manufacturers who refuse to sell people their instruments are pretty cool in my book. If only BC Rich took that attitude.

That video is awesome. I'd love to get one of those things. Would be incredibly interesting to play around with.
