and they wanted Bradley Cooper to play the main character Seriously, can you imagine him playing that role? But apparently he is not on board anymore. That's at least something. It's still gonna suck though.

Yeah, IMDB says 2013, still in development. Hopefully they'll scrap it; none of the sequels were a success (as they all sucked), and the TV series (and the movie that resulted from said series, a remake in its own right) was pretty much ignored, so a direct remake is an exercise in futility.

On a completely different note, I stayed up late to watch the eclipse and red moon (it's almost 3:30am right now), and couldn't see shit because of rain and thunderstorms. Have to settle for online pictures that will pop up later. Annoying.

I'm just going to come out and say it... I hated American Psycho. There. It's out there. however, I think a remake could only make it worse. And I'm getting pretty tired of all the remake shit. Hollywood has no original ideas anymore.

My Grandmother, celebrating her 81st birthday in Tasmania yesterday, got her photo taken at the cricket with Tasmanian and Australian champion cricketer Ricky Ponting.

Then I wake up this morning to hear that the Aussie team are wearing black armbands to mark the passing of Ricky's Grandmother. And Ricky's just a few months older than me.

Thankfully Nana is in good shape.

Read the book several times, though.

Very......educational...

American Psycho the movie was good and twisted, but the book is far more disturbing and graphic, and is the winner of the two IMO. Still, they should leave well enough alone.
