I heard that on the radio months ago, and nearly crashed my car as I was laughing so hard. The DJ played it at least 4 or 5 times in my half hour drive, as it was so funny, and I've tried to find it since then.

They play like that although sort of deliberately - none of them are musicians or are playing instruments with which they are unfamiliar etc. I'm sure Brian Eno did some work with them.
