I wholeheartedly agree. I guess most people were bitching about the game not beeing 'RPG' enough. It seems like there will be more RPG elements in ME3 again, sort of a balance between ME1 and ME2 and I bet there's gonna be a ton of people that still won't be satisfied.

but the Arrival actually influences the story of ME3 so I think that makes it worth the purchase, even if Lair of the Shadow Broker is the better DLC. I still need to play ALL the DLC with my main Shepard that I used since ME1 before ME3 is out. I think I only played the DLCs with another Shepard so far.
