Just watched 4/5 of the character classes from the Diablo III beta on youtube, it looks freaking sick. Cannot. Wait. To. Play. All else in my life will be forgotten when that game gets released. In fact, I think I shall go play Diablo II now....

Yeah, my social life will most likely die when that game releases, not to mention the hit on my wallet seeing as I'll need a new puter to run it!

Anyone else here getting RAGE? I got it pre-ordered and it's coming out next week. Looks awesome with the blending of first person and the long forgotten car combat genre.

I have no gaming cash at all. But I found out that LOTRO is free so I'm doing that now. Weeee!

That and iPhone apps and all my old unfinished or maligned games. Realised I have a treasure trove of untapped gaming awesomeness on my shelves.

Stayed home sick yesterday and did nothing but watch Breaking Bad and play Diablo 2 all day. Played through the entire third act which, oddly enough, is the furthest I've ever got in the game because the damn thing froze last time I killed Mephisto and I didn't pick the game up again for years as much as I love my necromancer he really dies squat with pets against big bosses. My golem died in like 2 second fighting him so had to do it completely solo-- the old fight, run up the stairs, port back to town, repeat method worked quite nicely

You really have to focus on the summoning tree to make a zookeeper Necro work, at least the last time I played that's what I did. Got to level 78 on hardcore with him too.

Game runs beautifully on my computer at the highest settings (lovely looking environs in this game) but it's a bit laggy which is always super frustrating. Sticking with it though as 1) it's free an 2) it's great fun so far. Have only put a few hours in. Went with a burglar cos I'm sneaky like that.

I've been playing the game for over 4 years now, and have alts spread among servers. I don't play much anymore, but I have been popping in a few times a week lately.
