I have only heard up to and including The Mighty Masturbator but it sounds like a real continuation of the heavy parts of Ki. Though I am enjoying it so far we'll see if it really hits with me after a few full spins. Devy was spot on when he said it would really jump back and forth with heavy parts and "other" parts.

Ok, maybe I missed it somewhere but is there a link for the May 16th pre-order?

Broke down and listened to Decon for the first time last night. It scared the shit out of my dogs and cured my constipation. I can't wait have the real CD in my hands and hear this the way it was meant to be heard!

We're still not clear on who's handling the pre-order. It could be HDR or InsideOut, but it might also be CMDistro, who handled the Addicted stuff. Dev or someone will probably specify in the next few days though. And if not, I guess just frantically refresh all three of those sites on the morning in question!

Thanks! For a minute I thought I was so mind fucked after my first listen, I was missing it. I can't wait to crank this outside and freak out my neighbors. Nothing can beat a 16 minute song about masturbation!

Gotta say, the video of the MusikMesse / Frankfurt video where everywhere is just standing there while Devin plays Deconstruction now truly makes sense. You see, the reason there are people standing still in the video is because their brains melted instantly from the unexpected blow of Deconstruction. It's not like they had Praise to the Lowered or Stand to ease them into it... no... Devin simply hit play as the PA speakers inhaled and unleashed an unholy storm of cheeseburger and fuck all over them. Unable to speak or move, all they could do in the aftermath is follow Devin with their eyes like so  as he doodled on stage.

Toward the back, some individuals somehow escaped the infinite range of Deconstruction's power, and realizing their immediate peril, began to flee. Realizing some were on the verge of escape, Devin quickly moved into action - "Wait, don't leave yet, there's more!!!" But alas, they were not fooled as saw what Deconstruction's power had done to the others, and quickly made their escape. "What!" exclaimed Devin..."Curses they must have jumped into hyperdrive. Phooey! Indeed, phooey! Until we meet again..."

Beforem I said this album was ok but I didn't care for it. After listening to it three more times and giving everything time to process, I take it back. This album is the heaviest thing since weight was made that still sounds like music. This album is awesome.

For me, I'm glad this album leaked so early. Now I won't be so hung up on it, and I can give Ghost a lot more attention when they finally are released. I had hoped the two albums would have been released at different times just for that reason.

The heavier parts of Ki really foreshadow Decon, I'm quite impressed. Its like if Ki wasn't restraining itself all the time it could easily blow up into Decon, but doesn't.
Also I agree Mr Pinkham, I've been desperate to hear Decon for so long and I'm satisfied now. Ghost can come in now and caress me gently whenever it wants to.
