That's the best one so far, and not just because it's funny. It ties in more than just one element of nature.

The Forest Fog (But anything with "forest" or "fog" is too gay goth metal)

The Elements
or
Elemental (too Dungeon and Dragony?)

Excuse me sir but I am greatly offended that you believe the opening track in an album as legendary as this one is "too gay goth metal".

If you were here with the weather we have, you'd call it "Thousandth Wave". You're lucky you're only on your Seventh. :S

There's loads of words pertaining to water which are lovely and onomatopoeic, most of which begin with 's'. I guess I can understand that. Listening to rain beating against the window seems to sound like "SSsSsSSSsSssSSSsSssssSssSssSSsSSSSssSssSSsS". I think a splash sounds more like "Pppsssssssh". And pouring water is sort of "whssssssssssssh"y. I vote it's named Sssssspppppssshwwwwhssssssh. Pronounced Spishwhish. :D :D

Sorry, I didn't mean the song or band. But you have to admit, the title itself has a high "cheese" factor.

Chocolate Rain? :D
Something onomatopoeic like:
Soft Rain
Quiet Rain

Or just:
Quiet

In Droplets Formed
Awash
Submerge
Imber - although using Latin is a bit too obvious and cliche imo
