Yeah sm57's are pretty good all rounders, directional mics, my band use em for micing up guitar cabs n backing vox and I have no complaints. Relatively cheap too.

Not, SM57s, SM7. COMPLETELY different mic. About 4 times as expensive as the SM57 as well
