Composing a guitar solo for a song my friend wrote. It's eh. I could do better, but it's late and I'm not in the writing type mood haha.

Also just watched some of DsD's Steve Vai video on the last page and I can say one thing about him...he REALLY does like to show you just how fast he can move his fingers/how fast he can play/how much "soul" he has all in once piece.

Well a lot of that is just showmanship. It's for the performance - can't blame him, he's gotten our attention, right? And IMO, For the Love of God is unequivocally a great song. I could watch it over and over again just for that moment at 4:15. Yes.

It was a cunning stunt.

Couple of hours ago I was browsing a bike forum, waiting for my tax to clear and hoping the weather would clear up a bit. Someone made a post about a mini-moto crash he saw, so I went to YouTube and typed in mini-moto crash and for the last 4 or so hours I've just been lying here watching all manner of things smashing into other things. I love it when YouTube does that to you.

Wishing I were playing the guitar I just put $250 down on...
