Darkthrone - Too Old Too Cold

They're quite interesting. Kind of an ambient post-rock Doom style. It's very cool. Lots of different effects and feedbacks. And some Hammond Organ I think. I'm a sucker for many things, and Hammond Organ is one of them. They've a song called A game in Hell, Hard work in Heaven that just switches gear in around the 12th minute and blows your mind out the back of your head. Incredible track. I'd hugely recommend them to anyone who likes their music as weird and wonderful as we all seem to here.

Listening now to Xaphan, the new Secret Chiefs 3 album. Persian Metal - Jazz, Mariachi style! Heh heh heh. Frickin' amazing album. They just keep throwing genres together like a crazed Italian chef on his first LSD high.
