As much as I've basically lost respect for Dino...thats just stupid. This pussy is mad because he was kicked out of Divine Heresy because Dino and the others didnt like him, so in turn he has to use violence to settle things. It's people like him that DO give metal a bad name...

I always find it very hard to judge these things because you only know like 10 % of the whole story. And i have never seen newspapers or the internet as a reliable source of information

Everything needs to be emancipated anyway these days so why exclude certain area's? Women often already get shorter prison sentences for certain crimes compared to what men get for the same crime. Examples were kidnapping where the mother was seen as just being "motherly and protective" by the judge while men were seen as animals in similar cases.

This because of the skewed view of seeing ALL women out there as innocent victims (coming from research done by female researchers when it comes to equality, reverse discrimination etc.). I'm not saying that this was right though. Attacking someone out of the blue is always wrong and cowardly regardless of the gender. If this was the case now of course.

I saw this one coming . I was refering more to domestic violence, people who can't have an argument without their fist etc. Of course there should be equal punishment no matter the sex. And if some crazy woman tried to kill me I would surely defend my self with teeth and nails, but I despise cowards beating women a third their size just because they can.

BTW I do think you have a valid argument re sentencing etc. I'd also add sexual assault to the list. Why is a man having sex with a 15 year old girl sexual assault, whilst a woman having sex with a 15 year old boy is a case of "lucky for him"? I mean, when I was 15 I would have jumped at the chance, but that doesn't make it less of a crime.

How about we put it this way.. no one should ever hit anyone. Much less a man hit a woman. Unless it done for the express purpose of legitimately protecting the life and safety of yourself or someone else from immediate and identifiable physical harm. Or something.
