So the other day, I was determined to learn the bass part for the song - success! Yes! It's not as hard as one might think... but it's probably best to pick it up by ear, rather than trying to count it out, and tackle it that way. My brother counted that shit out to be something like 21/8. *facepalm* Tony Levin is the MAN! The good thing about the song though, is that it's mostly that one repeating phrase.

I've always liked Chimaira best when they do fast energetic songs, which this album seems to lack.

That's very true...But I love the restrained triplets throughout and the instrumental finale is something I never expected Chimaira to do...
