Talk about other artists here (even though they all rip off Meshuggah)

Not my favorite song on Infinity, but then that movie made the song way more intense. So I changed my mind.

That vid is the closest thing I've seen to what it feels like in my mind when I listen to Dynamics. Doesn't really come that close, but it'll have to do.

Yeah, nothing really comes close to ones own imagination. I figure that's why so many people are dissatisfied with books turned into movies. At least one reason.

Lubomyr Melnyk

He's an anti-science nutjob, but my god is he talented. They should use his music for the new Cosmos series. Both because it's beautiful and because it'll piss him off. :D

Definitely. I suppose the other reason is that a book can take 15, 20, 30 hours to read so there's infinitely more character development there. You feel an ownership that varies from reader to reader based on their imagination, so you are trying to create a world that the viewer has already dedicated a large amount of time to creating on the infinite canvas of their mind. And shit.

Agreed. On all accounts. And crap.

And listening to? This. I just can't stop.

That really is some beautiful piano work. Reminds me a little bit of Eluvium's An Accidental Memory

Whoah, he is REALLY nuts. I read a sample of his anti-science rants... barely coherent conspiracy drivel about lobsters, bears and humans all having equal intelligence and that we were simply given the gifts of speech, beauty and mathematics by god. Science is lying to us and so on. Cool story bro.

Can play pretty fast though.

A pity I cannot afford to see their upcoming live show. Who knows, maybe they might come back. Hope those who do go enjoy themselves.
