Talk about other artists here (even though they all rip off Meshuggah)

I'm thinking of using a song from this CD for my presentation in a music appreciation class. It's a 10 minute presentation on the song of choice, from an active listener's point of view; what it is, what it means, instrumentation...etc. If that makes any sense.

Have any opinions Biert? Any of the songs will do really, but I want one that will really sum up Mariusz' CD.

p.s Townsend would be great, but I don't think S.Y.L ... Skeksis... Oh My Fucking God would bode well :P

Cat, you suck. Bleak. BLEAK. FUCKING BLEAK FUCK'S SAKE.

Personally I think I'd choose The Final Truth but I'm not sure why. I suppose it has the most lyrics and they're the easiest to explain :P

Anyway, you can find the lyrics here: http://lyricwiki.org/Lunatic_Soul - be sure to credit me for typing them all :D

Haha those are great suggestions - only get a minute window or so to play the song, actually, the rest has the be talking about it n stuff.

Oh right, a dominantly hip-hop crowd would loooove that lol FUCK THE HIP-HOP CROWD, I'm going to choose what I want. The whole point of the class is being exposed to music you wouldn't normally listen to.

The Final Truth is FANTASTIC, I love that song. Especially when it gets all climactic:
..MAKE UP YOUR MIND, CHOOSE THE SIDE, PICK THE CARD... For sure: This is a song by Lunatic Soul, lyrics written by Biert, music written by some other guy... Mariusz something... I guess :P
So I have a semester to think about it, but... just gathering opinions. Can't hurt, after all - yous guys have the best taste in music. It's fact.

My favorite one-minute song is probably Bad Religion - Do What You Want. Fairly simple to explain as well.
