I actually haven't heard it yet...
Do you mean MP's sings and that's why he needs to stfu?

Precisely.

lolz oh no! Really? I've really been enjoying Portnoy's vocals on the last couple albums  I think the grungy dirtiness of his voice is good contrast to LaBrie's operatic wails. But then again, I haven't heard the CD yet, so I dunno.

NP: Thela Hun Ginjeet - King Crimson "it's a DANGEROUS place, it's a dangerous place..."

Previously Mike has done a few backing vox and a bit of lead here and there. On this album he's doing entire verses etc. I reckon it's a bit too much, for a bloke who's essentially not a singer. I'm sure it's just his ego demanding more.

After the Burial - Rareform re-release

Turns out this wont be out till September. But they posted it on their myspace and some guys web ripped it in half way decent(aka listenable) quality.

I lurb me some 8 string action that isn't a Meshuggah rip off!

Guilty pleasure, used to love these guys. This song is awesome still though.

I still like Bodom Beach Terror more. I used to be SO into CoB. I still dig some of their stuff, a few months ago I went through a period of listening to them again.

Right now though, I'm listening to the song I wish I could play: Sikth - Flogging The Horses

I hate that the Powertab archive is closed, they supposedly have a near perfect tab of the song.

REALLY love their distortion.

Also it's excellent for driving.
