I have a question. It's one thing having samples playing in the background because of the constraints on having a full orchestra, or playing samples of vocal overdubs live (see; Earth Day) but what about the ridiculous drum tracks on Decon? Ryan is a great drummer with an awesome groove, but I doubt he's going to be able to play Dirk's blasts when they play that album live. I found this old Blabbermouth interview where he seems to imply they will be touring with both drummers, but that seems pretty unlikely to me. Any thoughts?

While regular tour duties will more than likely be handled by Ryan alone, I would think that there might be a possibility that Dev will fly both in for the November show. I honestly don't see any way that Ryan could do some of the stuff, fantastic and all as he is.

The whole special guest thing will be interesting. Obviously he'll never be able to afford to bring them all in but the female vocals would be let down a bit without the singer there to do it live... I'd think he'll use a backing track for the Decon guests though cos there're so many of them.

This is pure speculation, but perhaps the other two show dates have not been officially announced because they are trying to solidify which guests are going to appear. I wouldn't imagine they'll be able to land every guest on Decon, but those they do they might want to advertise when tickets go on sale.

I had thoughts about this. From what I can tell from Kat Epple/Dev's twitter conversations, she's pretty much in for it (which is awesome).

And considering how much time Dev's been spending with Mike St-Jean, he looks like he'll be in too.

I'm lead to believe the location for the Addicted and Deconstruction shows is also more or less agreed upon (don't ask me where exactly, I have the attention span of hey look something shiny), so I dunno what's taking so long for *any* pre-order information. Also getting a bit anxious about it since I'll be away in Italy a whole week after the next one and no idea whether there will be internet I can use (in case a pre-order surfaces then). I may have to deploy support troops if so.
